Microsoft handles Win10 feedback information detailed process reveals

  

Computer store news: Last week, Microsoft revealed that there are now 4 million Windows 10 Insider members, so it will receive a lot of Win10 desktop, Win10 Mobile preview recommendations and functional feedback. Microsoft introduced the Windows internal participant program last year, allowing users to provide feedback for Windows 10, and Microsoft hopes to understand what Windows 10 users and loyal supporters really want. Microsoft today explained in a blog post how to manage Windows 10 feedback for Windows internal participants.

Microsoft has released some interesting information about how the Windows Feedback app handles Windows 10 feedback. Microsoft said it has received more than 3 million feedback from internal Windows participants. In addition to regular feedback, Microsoft also received 2.5 million survey responses from users.

Microsoft created a system to send all feedback and findings from internal participants to the Microsoft Windows team. Team members can view all raw feedback data using the Visual Studio Online-based dashboard.

Microsoft's blog is about a wide range of content, but there are also some highlights:

• via Windows10 The Windows Insider app collects 3 million responses, and the targeted survey receives 2.5 million responses. Windows team members can access these raw feedback data and view it through Visual Studio Online-based web pages.

• The team developed an algorithm that would automatically turn into a work item in the Windows Insider app.

• Microsoft scans specific phrases, targeted pop-up prompts, and internal tools call it "word cloud" (word cloud) to monitor specific feedback.

• Only four countries in the world did not participate in the Win10 test of Win10 Insider.

• On the Windows Insider forum, there are 80 Windows team members to answer.

Interestingly, Microsoft developed a system that adds all the feedback and most of the questions to the work item, the to-do task. The Windows Feedback team has also developed a tool called “Gestalt", which generates a word cloud of all feedback topics for targeted access.
