Win10 preview version 10031 more desktop task logic is clearer

But unfortunately, Microsoft has not yet heard whether the task view will support multiple wallpapers, but we believe that if the demand is high enough, Microsoft will add multiple wallpapers to the task view function.

It is not clear when Build 10031 will be released, but multiple messages indicate that it should be available this week.
