Apple released a new OS X 10.7.3 beta to developers.

Apple released a new OS X 10.7.3 beta to developers today, with a build number of 11D46, which was only one week apart from the previous beta. In the latest beta, Apple did not mark any known issues and asked developers to focus their tests on iCloud document storage, address book, iCal, Mail, Spotlight, and Safari.

The new beta version has significantly reduced capacity. The delta version upgraded from OS X 10.7.2 is 996.98MB, and the combo version upgraded from any version prior to OS X 10.7 is 1.26GB.

The previous beta build 11D42 is very close to the final release, but Apple has been making the final changes. The release of OS X 10.7.3 mentions that the main improvements in the new version are the addition of new language support, fixes for smart card-related issues, directory service authentication, and Windows file sharing.
