Say goodbye to Windows8 development preview version on March 8 next year

In the Windows 8 Platform Preview (Build 8102 Milestone 3) "About Windows" window we learned that it will be terminated on March 12, 2012. However, after studying the Windows 8 User License Agreement (EULA), Softpedia found that its expiration date was actually several days in advance, on March 8, 2012.

However, this is irrelevant for most testers and will not have any effect. After all, Microsoft should release the Windows 8 Beta public beta before that. Of interest is some of the additional information contained in the EULA:

“You will not be able to use the software after the expiration date (March 8, 2012). From the date of the termination date, you will not be able to access all unsaved data in the software. All applications you get from the Windows Store will not be available in future versions and can only be re-downloaded or Buy them. You will not receive any other notices. ”
