How to prohibit others from accessing the computer C drive?

The system disk holds important system files. If it is damaged or deleted, it may cause system functions to be unavailable or the system may crash. To prevent this from happening, we can use the policy group to prohibit access to the C drive and ensure that the file will not be saved. It has been deleted by mistake, and it has important information in peacetime. It can also be stored on disk.

Operation steps:

1. Press Win+R to open the run box and enter gpedit.msc to open the group policy editor.

2, then open “ user configuration & mdash; & mdash; management template & mdash; & mdash; Windows components & mdash; & mdash; Windows Explorer & rdquo; found on the right side of the "protect to access the drive from my computer ”, double click to open its configuration.

3, in the configuration checking & ldquo; enabled & rdquo ;, then under & ldquo; limited only drive C & rdquo ;, and click OK.

These are the small series prohibited methods others access to your computer's C drive to introduce. The operation steps are very simple, just modify the policy group.
