This method is generally not recommended for newcomers who are new to the computer, because you may make mistakes if you are slightly inadvertent, causing the system to crash and crash.

Click "Start" - "Run" to enter "regedit" to open the Registry Editor, switch to

\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run to clean up you do not want to start The program, be careful not to delete it.

Then right click on Run - Permissions - Advanced - Add - enter everyone - OK.
