Failure that cannot be displayed when Vista browses the webpage

  
        Windows Vista opens when certain websites are open. You may receive an error message that the page cannot be displayed. What should I do if I encounter this problem? it's actually really easy!
Solution
To resolve this issue, disable the TCP autotune feature. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the computer as a user with administrative privileges.
2. Click Start, type
runas/user:local_Computer_Name\\administratorcmd in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
3. When prompted to enter the administrator account password, type the administrator account password and press Enter.
4. At the command prompt, type the following command, netshinttcpsetglobalautotuninglevel=disabled, and press Enter.
5. After successfully running the command, type exit at the command prompt and press Enter.
6. Restart your computer.
7. After logging in to the computer, try to visit a website.
