Account, originally a function that Windows uses for the same machine for multiple people. Different accounts have different configuration files. When our system becomes very slow, don't rush to install the system first, try the following steps: (This article uses Windows Vista as an example, other versions are basically the same)
1. Click " Start → Control Panel → User Account opens the User Accounts dialog box.
2, click "Create a new account", enter the name of the new account in the new interface, and then click "Next."
3. Select the account type in the newly created interface, and then click "Create Account" to complete the account creation.
4, restart the computer, log in to the machine with the account just created, does it feel that the system is a big speed compared with the previous one.

Note:
1. After the above method, in order not to change the usage habits, we can copy the previous “Desktop” and “Quick Start Bar” to this newly created account.

2 When there is only one Administrator account in the system, the "Restricted" type will be non-optional when selecting the account type, because Windows requires that if there are multiple accounts, at least one of the "Computer Administrator" types except the Administrator account. Account.
