2, installation rollback

When a serious error occurs during the installation process, the first action to take is to roll back. If you fail to reach the FirstBoot phase when you upgrade to Windows Vista, the installer will automatically trigger a rollback to roll back to the previously installed operation. ● Once the installation is in the first startup phase, the rollback will no longer be available.

● If the installation fails, an error message will be displayed. After troubleshooting for this, please log this error message. After clicking “OK", the system will automatically restart. If your computer hangs during the installation process, you may need to manually restart the computer. To cancel the installation on reboot, select “rollback” from the boot loader.

3. Installation Process

The process of upgrading to Windows Vista may be interrupted at different stages. In each phase, personal data and settings are moved between folders. Therefore, you should be familiar with the installation phase before proceeding with any troubleshooting.
