Using a mobile hard disk to install the Vista system

  

If you don't have a DVD burner and want to install a single system vista, you can put the installation files on the mobile hard disk and start the computer from the mobile hard disk to install Vista! The effect of this installation is the same as booting from a CD.


1. Activate a mobile hard disk partition with enough space under XP (in the computer management "Disk Management", right click on the required partition and select "ld"; as active partition of & rdquo;), as shown below;

2. CD with DaemonToolsT copy all files to Move the hard disk;

3. Run X:\\boot\\bootsect /nt60 x: (X is the mobile hard disk partition drive letter) at the command prompt of XP. This step is to make the mobile hard disk a bootable partition < Br>

4. Restart the computer and set the first boot to USB boot in the CMOS settings.

5. Boot the drive smoothly and start installing Vista. This process is the same as CD-ROM installation. You can format your C drive and install it as a single system.
