However, even though these games are system components that are installed by default, users sometimes experience game loss. In this regard, Microsoft explained that it was caused by the fact that the game was not installed properly on some versions of Vista, especially Bussiness. Then, the solution is very simple, and there are 2 ways:

First:

1. Start Menu - Control Panel - Programs - Turn Windows features on/off - Uncheck the game - OK - Reboot System

2. Start Menu - Control Panel - Programs - Turn Windows Features On/Off - Recheck Game - OK - Reboot System

Second:

1. Start Menu - Programs - Accessories - Command Prompt - Right click - Run as administrator

2. Enter Start /wait ocsetup InboxGames and press Enter to wait for the installation to complete and restart.
