Vista does not start properly after an abnormal power outage. After entering safe mode, it is found that the system stops when it starts to crcdisk.sys. After booting with the Vista installation disk, I chose automatic repair. After running for more than half an hour, Vista told me that I could not fix this problem automatically. wasting my time.

Solution:

Vista installation disk startup
Use the command window
to enter c:\\windows\\system32\\drivers
Change pcmcia.sys to pcmcia.old < BR> Restart
This time, Vista was successfully launched. After reinstalling the pcmcia driver, it will return to normal.
