Broadband Connection Tips Reasons and Methods for Connection Error 769

  
In the previous two times, I summarized the causes and solutions for errors 691 and 678 when I connected the ADSL broadband. Recently, many of my friends or customers have error 769 when they make a broadband connection. Error 769 means that they cannot connect to the specified target. The reason for this error is actually a problem with your network device. There is a wireless router in the factory's office, and the home has newly installed broadband, and has not bought a router, so only share an ADSL account with the brother, and a network cable is plugged in between the two portable devices. But what is depressing is that you can connect to the network on your laptop, but it always shows error 769 when you plug it into my mobile phone. What is the reason? I believe that people who are online can possibly I have encountered it, so we will look at the cause and the way to solve this error 769 for this problem:
Generally, if one of the following conditions exists, you will receive the error 769 information:
1. The network cable is disconnected.
2. The modem is disabled.
3. The modem driver is corrupt.
4. Spyware is running on the computer, which prevents the connection.
5. Winsock needs to be fixed.
6. Third-party firewall software blocks the connection.
7. It is also possible that the network card is loose, and you can re-plug the network card.
Solution:
To find out the cause of the problem, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Make sure the network cable is connected
Make sure the network cable is connected to the computer and modem respectively. If your computer is connected to a hub or router, make sure the cable that connects the hub or router to the modem is connected.
Step 2: Make sure the network adapter is enabled
1. Click "Start", click "Run", type ncpa.cpl, and then click "OK".
2. Right click on the "Local Connection" icon. Click "Enable" (if this option is available).
