What is System Idle Process?

Q: I found that the Windows Task Manager has a file named System that is running. In particular, there is a file with the image name system Idle Process. The CPU usage is high and low. It will reach dozens of times, and the usage rate of PF has grown from more than 200 MB to more than 400 MB. What is the reason? How can we solve it?

A: System Idle Process SYSTEM is not a real process, it is a core virtual, multi-tasking operating system. When there is no available process, the system is in an idle state, and the System Idle Process SYSTEM is running. Therefore, it takes up 97% of the CPU time, indicating that your machine load is very light. When you use WinRaR to extract a large file, you can see that the System Idle Process SYSTEM takes up CPU time.

system idle process is the CPU resource that represents your system! Don't want to end it. If it occupies a CPU resource of 0, you should restart it.

In other words, the idle in the System Idle Process means "idle", and the System Idle Process is the "system idle process." The more CPU time the System Idle Process takes, the more idle your computer is.
