Tip: Set XP auto-restart when system deadlock and resource manager crash

Automatic restart when the system is deadlocked

Click Start/Run, type regedit and press Enter, open the registry editor, find and expand the hkey_local_machine\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\CrashControl branch, in the right window Find the AutoReboot button, change its Dword value data to 1, exit the Registry Editor and restart the computer once, and it will automatically restart when the system crashes.

Automatic restart when the resource manager crashes

In the Explorer, such as the desktop icon, the taskbar is not displayed, the mouse disappears, you can't use the Alt+Tab key combination to switch windows, etc. The method of automatically restarting the computer is to open the registry editor, and then click the hkey_local_machine\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows Nt\\CurrentVersion\\WinLogon branch. In the right window, find the AutoRestartshell (if there is no new one) key, and modify its Dword value data. A 1, restarting the computer settings will take effect.
