The RunOnce key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE will run the program immediately after the user logs in. The runtime is before the program specified by the other Run keys. The RunOnce key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER runs after the operating system processes the other Run keys and the contents of the "Start" folder. Run Registration Key Run is the most commonly used registration key for autorun programs.
