Video: The evolution of Windows 1 to Windows 7

On November 20, 1985, Microsoft showed the world the first version of Windows. In the past 25 years, Windows has undergone tremendous changes. Many people are familiar with the Windows system, but three or four models, but in the past 25 years, Windows has experienced more than three or four changes, want to understand these changes? Want to understand these changes without reading the boring words? Recently Windows enthusiast Andrew Tait created a video of himself, demonstrating the installation process and user interface features of different Windows versions.

Tait uses VMware Virtual Tools to install each version of Windows (except Windows ME, because you can only upgrade to ME or 2000, both can only choose one), from MS-DOS 5.0 (for Windows) Prepare for 1.0 installation), Windows 1.0 to Windows 7.

To test compatibility issues during Windows system upgrades, Tait also installed Monkey Island and Doom 2. If you want to make a one-time review of Windows over the past 25 years, then the following video is a good fit.
