Ubuntu notebook can not be remotely restarted after closing the lid.

The Ubuntu system notebook can be rebooted by remote control, but this feature is not possible with the lid closed. How to deal with this problem? You can use the following steps to change the Ubuntu power options as follows.

method steps:

1, first check the power options, the option to close the lid & ldquo; Do Nothing & rdquo ;.

2, modify the login manager.

Open /etc/systemd/logind.conf

Will:

#HandleLidSwitch=suspend

Change to:

HandleLidSwitch= Ignore

Restart system manager:

sudo restart systemd-logind

The above is the way Ubuntu notebook can not be remotely restarted after closing the lid. After using the above steps, Restart Ubuntu and you'll see that you can remotely reboot the Ubuntu system with the lid closed.
