How to install and set up VNC on CentOS

  
                

VNC is a remote control tool, free open source software, powerful remote control through VNC, and Linux has a graphical user interface. The following small series uses CentOS 6.3 as an example to introduce VNC to everyone. Installation and configuration under CentOS 6.3.

1, the installation GNOME desktop environment

[root @ www.linuxidc.com ~] # yum -y groupinstall & ldquo; GNOME Desktop Environment & rdquo;

2, Install the KDE desktop environment

[root@ www.linuxidc.com ~]# yum groupinstall “X Window System""KDE (K Desktop Environment)”

3, install VNC server

[root@ www.linuxidc.com ~]# yum -y install vnc-server
