Easily switch the language of mac apps

The Apple operating system can switch the language of the system relatively easily, but he has a more useful feature that allows him to switch only one language of the software while the system is running. There are two ways to switch the language of a mac application:

Method 1. defaults write $(mdls -name kMDItemCFBundleIdentifier -raw /Applications/Path\\ to\\ App.app) AppleLanguages "(en, zh) "

Then the language used when starting this software will first use en. If the software does not have the en language package configured or if the language package is abnormal, it will use zh Chinese.

If you want to remove this preference: BZovtm3 E

defaults delete $(mdls -name kMDItemCFBundleIdentifier -raw /Applications/Path\\ to\\ App.app) AppleLanguages

Method 2: Use the LanguagesService at http://www.arizona-software.ch/ilocalize/launchapp-plugin.html, the right-click software to be launched in the finder->service->show languages
