Graphic mode and text mode switch between Linux installations

  

When the graphics mode is installed, there is also a text mode

Method one:

In text mode, enter: special telinit 5 switch To the graphical interface. Under the graphical interface, open a new terminal and enter the command: telinit 3 to enter the text mode.

Method 2:

Modify /etc/initab, use vi to modify /etc/inittab method to enter vi /etc/inittab in the command line to find /id;x;initdefault where x is running Level, 3 for text, 5 for graphics

Method 3:

If you choose the default format during installation: Desktop Graphics Format

ctrl+alt+f1 Graphics--->Text format alt+f7 Text format--->Graphic interface

If you choose the default format during installation: text format

startx ie convert to Graphical interface
