Centos setting folder open mode: open folder in the same window

The default behavior of centos system, there are many places and ubuntu operation habits are different, one of the most I can not stand is that every time you double-click the folder, it will open in a new window, and the open folder is not like windows That way, there is a back/up button and there is no specific path to the folder.

If the path to a folder is deep, you need to open n more windows to find what you want.

After researching, I found that this problem can also be changed by setting, as follows:

1, open a folder

2, edit-preference-behavior , check "Always open in the browser window", click Close.

This way, double-clicking to open the folder window looks very different from before. The long-lost forward/reverse/up button appears, and you can also switch the display mode of the path by clicking one of the buttons above.

This looks so much more comfortable, I really don't understand why I don't use this as the default way to open it.

In addition, inadvertently, it seems that using the mouse wheel to double-click the folder, you can open the folder without popping up a new window, very strange mouse behavior.
