Happy experience of installing Ubantu under Windows

        After reinstalling Win7, I have never tried to install Linux again, occasionally playing, and I don't want to repeat that trouble, whether it is a dual system or a virtual machine. Found Download Ubuntu installer for Windows, claiming You can download Ubuntu and run it alongside your current Windows system. It can be installed and uninstalled like an application in Windows.

Completed a happy "dual system installation". It's very good, but the few detours that are bypassed in the middle are also worth writing and sharing.

Open the URL: http://ubuntu.com.cn/download/ubuntu/windows-installer

Click on the big box “Start download&rdquo ;

In the link I opened, I didn't find the wubi.exe I wanted.

What does it mean to wubi? I love the "five strokes" & rdquo; input? Obviously not. This is the abbreviation of "Windows Ubantu installer", which hits the face.

The book is back to home. Next, run wubi.exe and follow the wizard to make it OK.

Ubantu needs 18G space. I specially vacated a 70G partition for Ubantu and quickly formatted it before installation. The first time it was installed in a partition with only 25G, the speed was slow, and the machine shouted so hot that it was too hot. Lessons learned from the lesson: Find a partition with a large remaining space.

During the installation process, the appropriate files will be automatically downloaded first, then restarted and installed automatically. Time is not used for a long time. When you restart again, it is already a dual system.
