IIS Worker Process encountered a problem, need to close the solution

  

server is 2003 system, usually used well, but recently jumped out! IIS Worker Process encountered a problem shutdown!

Solution: First, run the command net stop w3svc to stop the IIS process to clean this directory C:\\Documents and Settings\\Administrator\\Local Settings\\Temp 2. A DEP error was triggered during the is running. The function of DEP is to prevent malicious code from attacking through buffer overflow. So the system reported this error. Regarding the DEP error, the following are related settings: 1. To open “System Properties", click “Start”,“Control Panel", and then double-click “System”. 2. Click the “Advanced" tab, under "Performance Options", click “Set”. 3. Click on the "Data Execution Protection" tab. 4. Select “ Only enable data execution protection for critical windows programs and services. Third, create a new administrator account or delete the NTUSER.DAT file in the C:\\Documents and Settings\\your administrator username folder. The purpose of this file is to save the user configuration information. It will be re-established after login.
