IIS7.0 FTP can not be accessed to solve

Today, when configuring FTP in Windows Server 2008, I found a strange phenomenon. The FTP configuration is exactly the same as in Windows Server 2003, but FTP is not accessible, and sometimes the user login window appears. But after entering the user name and password, I feel that I am dead. I can't understand it. After studying it for a long time, I can understand the reason. Now I am making a note.

After research, I found out that Windows has its own firewall. I turned off the firewall that comes with Windows and found that FTP can be accessed. However, before I clearly set up the 21 port in the firewall, the original 21 port. It is the service port of FTP. To enable FTP to access smoothly, you must also open the FTP data transmission port. The opening method is as follows:

Enter the command in the start → run and press Enter: netsh advfirewall set global StatefulFtp enable
