How to save paper for courseware printing

If you can quickly reprint the core content of PPT courseware, you can print long PPT documents with a small amount of paper. The following system home will give you a detailed introduction to how to save paper in the next courseware printing. Now in college, the teacher's courseware is more important than the textbook. Students may not read the textbook when reviewing, but they may not read the courseware. There are also many novice teachers who take the exam in the form of an open book and then publish the contents of the courseware as a test. Therefore, many students choose to print the teacher's courseware to review. Although printing is not very expensive now, it is really unwilling to think of printing a PPT courseware as it is, and it costs more than 10 yuan. So I thought about a way to save money —— extract the essence print. Background: The software quality assurance and testing courseware was converted from PPT to PDF format with 20 files. Principle: Obtain plain text courseware and further organize it, such as removing blank lines and bolding the title. Required software: AisNote_pdfToText, Word 2007, Notepad. First, quickly get the courseware plain text 1. Put AisNote_pdfToText and PDF courseware in the same directory, such as “C:\\courseware”. 2. Play Notepad, in the above directory, save as 1.bat, as follows: “for %%i in (*.pdf) do (pdftotext.exe "%%i" "%%~ni. Tx")”3. Execute 1.bat and confirm that 20 txt files are obtained. 2. Combine the courseware text 1. Put 20 txt files into a new directory, such as “C:\\courseware\\txt”. 2. Sort 20 txt files by name. 3. Select all txt files, right-click on the first file, select “rename”, name it (1).txt, and confirm that all files are renamed. 4. Write Notepad, in the above directory, save as 2.bat, the content is as follows: <;copy /y (1).txt+(2).txt+(3).txt+(4).txt+(5).txt+ (6).txt+(7).txt+(8).txt+(9).txt+(10).txt+(11).txt+(12).txt+(13).txt+(14).txt+(15).txt+ (16).txt+(17).txt+(18).txt+(19).txt+(20).txt total.txt”5. Execute 2.bat and confirm the total.txt file (Figure 1). Third, further organize the text courseware 1. Copy the contents of total.txt into Word 2007. 2. Delete the page break. Open “Find and Replace" in the "Replace" tab, the replacement content is empty, look for the inner space as “^12”, click “replace all”. 3. Delete invalid content. The steps are the same as above, the replacement content is empty, and the special symbols (such as an asterisk) and the useless strings (such as the school name) appearing in the inner space are respectively input. 4. Delete the page number. In the "Replace" tab, the replacement is empty, click the “More” button, check "Use wildcards" to find the inner space as "Page -[0-9]@-” (The format is actual, “[0-9]@” indicates one or more numbers). 5. Go to the blank line. Replace the content as “^13”, uncheck "Use wildcards", find the inner space as "<quo;^13^w^13” (line with only spaces), click “all replace”;check “ Use the wildcard ”, find the inner space as “^13^13@” (continuous carriage return), click “ all replace & rdquo;. 6. Bold the title. Replace the content as “^&” (representing the found content), click “format”, set the font to bold, check "Use wildcard" to find the inner space as "0- 9]@章[!^13]@^13” (The format is determined by the actual, “[!^13]@” means one or more characters other than the carriage return), click “replace all” Tick "“Use wildcards" to find the inner space as “^13[0-9]@.[0-9]@[!^13]@^13” (format is actual), click &ldquo ; Replace all & rdquo;. The plain text courseware obtained by the above method can be conveniently viewed in a mobile phone, an MP3 device, etc. (Fig. 2), and the courseware content can be conveniently searched during review.
