WPS database construction automatic entry sorting

Need to customize the table item implementation menu pop-up selection entry, but also to achieve automatic sorting of custom sequence items. So how do you implement these requirements in the WPS form? The system home introduces you how to make WPS automatically sorted when creating a database. In the entry and sorting of table items, manual entry by item, data sorting in descending order, even Chinese characters arranged by pinyin or strokes, etc., are easy to do. However, sometimes we will use some of the sequences we need, such as the qualifications involved in the form: postdoctoral, doctoral, master's, undergraduate, specialist, technical secondary, high school, junior high school, primary school, etc. These sequences are not built into the office software. If we use them frequently in the form, how do I perform a quick entry of the sequence? How do you auto-sort this sequence from high to low or low to high? We use the WPS table in the WPS Office suite of domestic office software as an example to illustrate the method of implementing custom sequence fast entry and custom sequence sorting. Suppose there is a table like the one shown in Figure 1. We want to achieve a list by pop-up selection in the “education” column; we also want to sort the data from high to low or low to high. The form entry and use menu will enter the validity setting window as shown in Figure 2. 1. Select the entire column that needs to be entered by menu selection. Here is “Learnings”. 2. Select ““Data” from the top of the window. 3. Then select ” Validity> In the "Rand" window, set the validity conditions as shown in Figure 3. 1. &###################################################################################################################################### 4. Click “OK” After confirming, you can click the arrow in the corresponding column of the table to select the sequence input (Figure 4). Tip: The source can also be set up in another way. Enter the list information in other fixed area locations of the table (which can be one row or column), then click on the source selection form and select the source. The self-made list can still be sorted first with a custom project sequence. Enter the name of the sequence to be sorted in the cell of a blank form. The items are separated by commas. In this case, “postdoctoral, Ph.D., master's degree, undergraduate, specialist, technical secondary school, high school, junior high school, primary school” (eg Figure 5). Note that it must be a half-width comma, otherwise it will go wrong. After the entry is complete, copy the contents of the cell. Then select the “Options” button via the “WPS Table” menu (Figure 6). Set the custom list as shown in Figure 7 and Figure 8. 1. On the left side of the “Options” window, select “Custom Sequence”. 2. Paste the custom sequence text you just selected in the “Add Sequence” window in the right window. 3. Click “ After adding the ” button, the window will look like the one shown in Figure 8 (Figure 8), click the “OK” button to confirm. Next we will sort the custom sequence. Select the entire table, then switch to the "Data" tab, click on “ Ascending, Descending & rdquo; group starter small icon in the lower right corner (Figure 9). Then proceed as in the sort window as shown in FIG. 1. Check the “There is a title line” box. Select ““Education” from the “Main Keyword” drop-down box. 3. Click the “Options” button to proceed as shown in Figure 11. Set sorting options. 1. <;Custom sort order”Select the list of custom qualifications above in the list 2. “ Direction" Select as “ sort by column"3. Click “OK"Return to the window shown in Figure 10. Click the “OK" button to see that the table window has been sorted by education level (Figure 12). This article comes from [System Home] www.xp85.com
