Urgent fix update Adobe PDF Reader 11.0.07 released

  
Last week, Adobe Forecast will fix a serious vulnerability in PDF readers. Today, Adobe officially launched the 11.0.07 emergency fix update for its Adobe Reader PDF reader and Acrobat XI PDF editing suite, repairing a total of 11 vulnerability threats, involving Windows and Mac platforms. According to Adobe's official security bulletin, these vulnerabilities are marked as "serious", which is the first security level. This also means that some of these vulnerabilities have been exploited by hackers to engage in cyberattacks or have high security risks. Adobe official also recommends that the system administrator install the repair upgrade package in the first time, preferably within 72 hours. Security vulnerabilities affecting Reader and Acrobat products include CVE-2014-0511, CVE-2014-0512, CVE-2014-0521, CVE-2014-0522, CVE-2014-0523, CVE-2014-0524, CVE-2014- 0525, CVE-2014-0526, CVE-2014-0527, CVE-2014-0528 and CVE-2014-0529, and the like. Among them, CVE-2014-0511, CVE-2014-0512 two vulnerabilities were excavated by French security vendor VUPEN, who participated in the 2014 Pwn2Own Hacking Contest. With this vulnerability, an attacker can bypass the PDF sandbox protection mechanism and implement remote code execution tasks. Other vulnerabilities were mainly discovered and fixed by Adobe's official team. If you have installed Adobe PDF Suite and other products, it is recommended to download and install the following 11.0.07 fix update: Adobe Reader 11.0.07 upgrade package | |  Acrobat XI 11.0.07 upgrade package (multi-language version) In addition to the PDF suite, Adobe also released Flash Player 13.0.0.214 to fix the zero-day vulnerability of the six hacker contests.
