Download method without burdening the system

When you browse the website, you can see beautiful pictures, wonderful texts, good-looking movies, and hear the sounds. Do you want to download them all to your computer, and then take it out and enjoy it later? When using a variety of software to download them, have you ignored the original but least wasted system resources download method?

The author believes that using the operating system and its own gadgets to complete the download is the simplest and most easy to master, and the system resources are also very small, especially suitable for readers who do not like to operate complex software. Let's take a look at how to use these methods to download various network resources.

First, save text

Text is the most basic element of a web page. The text in a web page can be downloaded as long as it is written in the web page code. Except for the text embedded in the image, they are part of the image and can only be downloaded as an image.

1, partial download

If you want to download a piece of text in a web page, just press and hold the mouse to select these words, "copy" -> "paste" operation That's it. You must open a receiving program in advance, such as the Notepad program that comes with Windows, or the WordPad program.

As for the method of "copying" -> "paste" operation, you can use the right mouse button, keyboard shortcuts, window menu bar, etc., I will not introduce it carefully here.

Some pages have code added, and readers are not allowed to perform "copy" operations. At this time, we need to get the text we want through the source code. From the "View" item in the browser window menu bar, select the "View Source File" command (Figure 1). After execution, you will see a Notepad program window full of characters. The source code of the web page is shown here. The text you want is all here, just copy them.

Can't find? It's ok. Click the "F3" button and use the "Find" window to search for it. Page text

obtained in this way is sometimes mixed with some source code, open WordPad program, to replace the code or delete it.

2, full page download

With the "copy" -> "paste" operation can also be downloaded the entire page, but there are more convenient methods. Click the "File" option in the menu bar of the browser window, execute the "Save As" command, save the web page directly to the corresponding file, you can choose HTML, TXT format. If you need to open the saved file directly, you can see what you want. If it is in HTML format, it will be automatically opened by the browser; if it is in TXT format, it will be opened by Notepad.

Note: The "Webpage, All" option will save all the data on this page, including the text, which is equivalent to copying this page to your computer. (Figure 2)

Second, save the picture

We usually see a lot of beautiful colors on the page, usually processed with a picture substrate. It is also a very common way to express a page by writing a text directly in the picture and then adding a hyperlink to the target. All of these images can be saved.

To determine if the target is a picture, just click the right mouse button in the corresponding area and display the "Save Picture As" item. (Figure 3)

in the picture above, right click and select "Save Picture As" command, you can save a picture to where you want to put up.

You can also select the image first and then perform the "Copy" -> "Paste" operation. Similarly, to have a photo editing program to receive, I like to use the Windows drawing program, the operation is simple, and the speed is fast.

There are some constantly changing images, we call them dynamic images, mainly GIF format (of course, not all GIF images are dynamic, nor all dynamic images are GIF), it can also Save directly in the same way as saving a normal picture.

How to distinguish GIF images? Right click on the image and select the "Properties" command. You can see that the "Type" item is a "GIF" image. (Figure 4) The author's experience: the change is relatively rough, and the connection is not consistent enough is GIF.

Third, save sounds and images

Some websites provide links to sounds or images. When you want to download a song or a movie, directly point the link to the link, right-click the right mouse button, execute the "Save Target As" command, and select the address to store. (Figure 5)

Note: This method is only applicable to HTML static web pages under the HTTP protocol. You can see the details of this link by looking at the image properties as described above. A link of the form "http://.../1xp.mp3" is a link in the form of HTTP. If it is a link like http://www.***.com/music/222.asp?id=791&name=**###", it is a link to an interactive web page, and you cannot download it in this way. In addition, many sounds and movies are not transmitted using the HTTP protocol but by protocols such as MMS and RTSP. They are only processed by special software such as flashget or video tape.

Some voices will be in the process. When you point to a certain place on the web page, they can also be collected. If the web designer sets the settings of these sound files first, you can find them directly from your hard disk. For details, please refer to the section “Save flash” below. If they are not found in the hard disk, they are not loaded first, so they are downloaded with special software. For example, if you want to save the sound that sounds when you return to the "Home page", open the source file of the web page and look for "Back to Home". Words, and then look around these three words, there is no code like "". Among them "http://....../.......wav" is the address of this sound file. Add it to the professional software New task window can be downloaded
Fourth, save flash

flash is currently popular web page dynamic effect implementation, it is small and expressive, performance is good, you can also add audio information, it is very popular. Watch Some very sophisticated flash is a kind of enjoyment. Unfortunately, it can't be saved directly, no matter whether it is right click or menu, it can't be operated.

But we have the same way to get what we want. Flash. When opening a web page, the system first reads the data from the web server to your computer (this is the IE cache that is often heard), and then opens it with a browser to ensure the speed of browsing. So you can The flash you have seen must have been saved. You just need to open the stored folder (IE cache directory) and take it out.

Taking WindowsXp as an example, all the web pages visited by the user Administrator exist. In the "C:\\Documents and Settings\\Administrator\\Local Settings\\Temporary Internet Files" directory. Open this directory and sort by file type. Find all the flash files (Figure 6), then double-click to open it and find it. (If there is a player that can play multiple flash files continuously, it will certainly be more convenient to check.) After searching, copy directly to

Careful readers will find that the webpages, pictures, and some sound files mentioned above can be found in this directory. It’s all right, but they are relatively large. If you don't pay attention to cleaning up the IE cache, you can count up to thousands of them. It is very laborious to find. It is not recommended. In addition, very large audio and video files are not downloaded to the IE cache directory beforehand.

V. Saving other files

If the hyperlink points to a file stored in the background and the browser cannot be opened directly, click on the link and they will be downloaded automatically.

But it's best to save it with the "Save Target As" command mentioned above, which will ensure that the link is fully effective. In addition, there are some download acceleration software embedded in IE (such as Mini Thunder), which does not increase the burden on the system, and greatly increases the speed of IE download. The specific method will not be described again. You can go to the software download site, e-book download site to try, these sites provide a lot of direct download files.
