Pptv has image no sound solution

                  1. If you have this problem with a single channel, please feedback to our customer service staff in time, they will try to help you solve it. 2. If you have problems with multiple channels (or all channels), please try to adjust the player settings to “System Player” and then restart PPTV Network TV to see if it can solve the problem. 3.
