Flash9.ocx Loading Error Resolution

When browsing web pages with IE, you often encounter flash9 plugin loading errors.

If you choose to continue, the CPU is occupied more than 90%. After a few seconds, the webpage is automatically closed. If you turn off flash9.ocx and don't load it, flash will not look like it. How to solve?

Method 1: Re-register the following DLL file, you click "Start", "Run" on the desktop: regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll regsvr32 Shell32.dll (note this command) regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll regsvr32 Actxprxy .dll regsvr32 Mshtml.dll regsvr32 Urlmon.dll Note: The second command can be used without first. After restarting these commands, restart Windows. If it is found to be invalid, re-enter the second command.

Method 2: If you re-register regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll with method one, it will not work after an error or re-registration. Extract the Oleaut32.dll file from the Windows CD. In the MDAC_IE5.CAB file package, use winrar to extract and overwrite the existing one.

Method 3: The flash9.ocx loading fault may also be a problem with the COMCTL32.DLL file. This file may be replaced when upgrading IE or Windows. Maybe the new version of COMCTL32.DLL file has a bug. Find a windows installation CD, search for it, find a file named COMCTL32.DL_, copy it, use winrar to extract this file as COMCTL32.DLL file, and overwrite the existing file.
