OutLook provides a very useful function, which can automatically detect the special mark of the mail after receiving the email. If it meets the printing conditions, it will be submitted directly to the printer for printing, omitting the cumbersome manual printing.

First set the OutLook POP server option to ensure that it can receive mail from the email address. Click the "Tools" drop-down menu and select "Rules Wizard". Click "New" in the "Rules Wizard" and select "Check when mail arrives". OutLook will ask you: "Which conditions do you want to detect?" Select "Do action tag". At this point, you can find the "Rules description" prompt: "Use this rule after the message arrives, do the action tag", where "Do the action tag "Include a blue underline, click on it to set the keyword to print the message. Click "Action" underline to enter the "Marked Mail" settings dialog box, you can enter "Print". Check "Print" in "How to handle this message", then add "Exception Rules", that is, which messages need to be printed, and which messages do not need to be printed? We check "unless the topic contains specific words", according to actual needs, you can edit it yourself, for example, as long as the subject contains "printing", the words meet the printing conditions. At this point, OutLook prompts: "Enable this rule?" By default, this option has been ticked. Click "Finish" and the rule will take effect.

In this way, when someone sends us an e-mail, just mark "print" in the subject of the e-mail, and OutLook will send the e-mail to the printer immediately after receiving the e-mail, regardless of the computer. Whether it is a local printer or a network printer is the same. This feature can be set in either OutLook 2000 or OutLook 2002.

Tip: Outlook can create a series of rules to batch-process mail through the "Rules Wizard" mentioned in this article. In addition to automatically sending mail sorting to printer printing, you can also send mail.
