MSN can't log in. 24 steps solution

  
                  

01. Double-click the time to check if the date and time are set correctly.

02. Confirm that the account number and password are correct.

06. Start~Run~regsvr32 softpub.dll~OK

07.MSN Messenger Tools Menu~Options~Connection~ Uncheck I use a proxy server.

08. Open port 443 and port 1863. Or: delete the MSN access item in the firewall ~ open the MSN login ~ and other firewalls ask you to choose the pass.

09. If you are using an ICS or router for your local area network, you may need to adjust some settings or update the hardware/firmware drivers.

10. If your Passport is not recognized, please log in to the Passport site: http://www.passport.com and confirm that it is identifiable there. If you can be identified there, but still can't log in to the .NET Messenger Service, please try again later. You can also check the server status page to see the latest information about the server.

11. If the Passport site is still unrecognizable, please go here: http://memberservicesnet.passport.com/memberservice.srf and select "I forgot my password".

12. If the above does not work, turn off MSN~ Start~Run~%appdata%Microsoft~ Delete the MSN Messenger subfolder in the open folder~ Restart MSN. Or: Enter Documents and Settings your login account Application DataMicrosoft, there is a MSN Messenger directory, delete it (same account, just like qq) and then log in to see
