Many friends are troubled by spam, because often can receive spam sent through the group sending function, then can not receive mail When you set the E-mail recipient as if it is not your own, delete the mail directly from the server? Of course, it can be easily implemented in Outlook Express. You only need to set the following "mail rules":

1. Select "Tools → Mail Rules → Mail" on the menu. (Figure 1)

2. In the "New Mail Rule" window that appears, under "Select mail rule conditions", click with the mouse "If the 'To' field contains ", then the rule condition appears in the "Rules Description" column, click "Include User". (Figure 2)

3. Enter your E-mail address in the first column of the “Select User” window that pops up, and press the “Add” button. Then press the "Options" button next to the "Mail contains the following users" to "Mail does not contain the following users", press "OK" to return to the "New Mail Rules" window, then the mail rules become "if" The recipient's line does not contain..." your email address. 4. In the "Select Rule Operation", select "Delete from Server".

5, enter a name in the "rule name", such as "delete not my letter", click "OK."

OK, after this setting, you will no longer receive spam that is not your email address.

The mail sent the wrong recall

What if the mail is wrong? Although it is not a level of confidential documents, it always makes people feel less comfortable. I can't write a letter anymore, write "Don't look at it, it's not sent to you, I accidentally made a mistake"! Is there no way to call back the wrong email? The answer is: Yes! But the premise is that two conditions are met: the recipient has launched the OE online; he has not moved the mail to his hard drive, that is, he has not seen the letter yet. To satisfy these two conditions, the initiative can be in your own hands.

First, click "+" in front of the file list on the left side of the OE inbox, and click "Sent Mail" on the right side to open the message you want to recall.

Click 'Retract this message' from the Tools menu. At this time, there are two ways to handle the message: if you want to recall, click "Delete unread copy of the message"; if you want to use other mail instead, click "Delete unread copy and replace with new mail", click "OK" and then attach a new message.

Finally, wait for the mail to return. If you want to know if the message was successfully recalled or replaced, select the "Tell me if the withdrawal is successful or failed for each recipient" checkbox. When selected, the message will be listed in the Inbox if it was successfully recalled. I finally waited until the mail was recalled. Oh, it’s really easy.
