Windows 10 system limits the remote computer to modify the local registry method
Method 1: disable the RemoteRegistry service.
Steps:
Press the Win+R key on the keyboard to open the [Run] dialog box, enter the services.msc command, click OK or Enter to open the local service window;

2 Locate the RemoteRegistry service in the Local Services window and double-click on RemoteRegistry;

The description of the 3RemoteRegistry service item is:
Enable remote users to modify the registry settings on this computer. If this service is terminated, only users on this computer can modify the registry. If this service is disabled, any services that depend on it will not be able to start.
We can see:
Startup type is: Manual
Service status is: Running
Click the small tick in the startup type column, click [Disable] in the drop-down menu;
< Br>4 click to disable, then [Application] is clickable, click Apply, stop and clickable, and then click: Stop;

5The current startup type is: Disable service status: Stop, click OK and exit the local service.
(Note: If it is disabled, you do not need to set it.)

If you need friends to help modify the registry remotely, change the startup type to: Manual Service status: Running.
But after the operation is completed, you must change it to:
Startup type is: Disabled The service status is: Stopped.
