After Win10 update, browser Edge supports ad blocking?

Microsoft released the Windows 10 first anniversary upgrade on Tuesday. The Edge browser in this new version of the operating system starts to support plugins. This means that tens of millions of Windows 10 users will be able to use the ad blocking tool Adblock Plus.
This is not a new message. Participants in the Windows Insiders project have previously been able to use Adblock Plus. Now, anyone using the latest operating system from Microsoft can use the same features.

Users can download the Adblock Plus for Windows through the Windows Store app store. However, Adblock Plus pointed out: "Please note that according to information provided by Microsoft, the Windows 10 upgrade will be released in the coming months. So if you can't install Adblock Plus or other plugins today, then Microsoft will soon provide you with an upgrade. ”
Adblock Plus said it is working closely with Microsoft to release the plugin. However, the company acknowledges that the current development work is still in its infancy.
In the official blog, Adblock Plus developer Aleksandr; Oleksandr Paraska said: "We have been very pleased to welcome the development and technical support of the IE version of Adblock Plus over the past few years. Microsoft made bold moves in the Edge browser and turned to a standards-based approach. One of the benefits of this approach is that the Edge version of Adblock Plus can be based on the Chrome version of the code, while the previous version of IE required a completely separate code base. ”
