Win10 Chinese and English input method can not switch how to do?

When using Windows, sometimes you will encounter the problem that the input method can't switch normally. In this case, you can usually restart or log out and log in again. However, if you open multiple tasks at the same time, this method is a waste of time. Please refer to the steps below to quickly resolve.
This method applies to Win10, Win8.1, Win7 operating systems.
1, open the computer management, Windows7 system in the desktop computer icon right-click menu can be found in the "Computer Management" option. In Win8.1 or Windows10 system, you can right click on the Start button and select "Computer Management" as shown below:

2. System Tools in Computer Management —— Task Scheduler — —Task Scheduler Library——Microsoft—— find TextServicesFramework in Windows, as shown below, you can see the task scheduler named MsCtfMonitor on the right side, right click MsCtfMonitor, select “Run” can.

At this time, the status of the MsCtfMonitor task scheduler will be displayed as "Running", and the input method switching can be restored.
