Win10 system TH1 can not upgrade TH2 version how to solve

Operation steps:
1. Can delete temporary files.
Under C:WindowsSoftwareDistribution delete the contents of the DataStore folder and the contents of the Download folder.
2. Rename the SoftwareDistribution folder:
Press and hold the Windows key +R key to open the run, enter services.msc in the input box and press Enter.
Double click to open “Windows Update”service.
Then click on the "Service Status" button below to change the startup type to "Disable" and then rename the C:WindowsSoftwareDistribution folder to SDfolder.
Re-enable the Windows Update service after the renaming is complete and try to check for updates and installations.
