UAC. Therefore, the Windows application cannot be run by default under the Administrator account.

However, as long as you modify the following registry slightly, you can break through the default blockade and run the Windows application normally in the administrator account. However, you need to be reminded that there is a risk in modifying the registry operation. The modification method is as follows:
1. After entering regedit in the normal account Cortana search bar, select the first item
2, and locate the following location in the registry editor:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesSystem
3 Find the FilterAdministratorToken on the right, double-click and change the value data to “1” then click “OK”

Note: If there is no FilterAdministratorToken, you need to manually click the right mouse button on the right margin to create a new DWORD ( 32-bit) value, and renamed to FilterAdministratorToken, change its value data to 1.
At this point, you can open the Windows application normally after logging in to the administrator account. If you can't use the start menu before, you should be able to open it normally.
