These folders are not visible in the file explorer's network node, or when viewing the network share using commands, but any user, program, or administrative user with administrative rights. Services can manage the network environment. So how do we turn off this management share on Win10?
Windows will open the following hidden management share by default:
• root partition or volume
• system root directory
• FAX$Share
• IPC$Share
• PRINT$Share
The opening of these shares allows any administrative access to your computer or Active Directory domain (connected) The user enters any partition without having to actively share the file because he has already obtained your account credentials. In a Windows NT-based system, all partitions are open to administrators through the “Manage Shares” feature. Therefore, this mechanism has security risks. You can completely disable the sharing function in the following three ways.
