Win10 automatically install games /applications how to do

Recently, some netizens feedback that Win10 will automatically install some games/applications. The user did not open the app store and was not asked for approval, and the system automatically installed some apps in the system.
For example, a netizen has responded to this question by using the command to uninstall all Modern applications in his system, including the app store (click here to view the method). The strange thing is that even this does not prevent the system from automatically installing some applications. The installed application first appears suddenly in the start menu, and there is a download progress bar. After the installation is completed, it appears in the “Recent Installation”.
At present, this issue has not been officially confirmed. It may also be a bug in the Windows 10 system that uses the promotion feature. This promotion is only available in TH2 or higher. However, we can completely disable the application promotion function of Win10 by modifying the registry. The specific operation method is as follows:
Note: Due to the need to modify the registry, it is recommended to follow the "Win10 how to create restore points and system restore complete Raiders" before the operation. Your system creates a restore point to restore when an error occurs.
1, press Win+R to open the run, enter regedit and press Enter to open the registry editor;
2, expand the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindows
3, create a new subordinate named CloudContent under this item Item, as shown below:

4. Select the CloudContent item and create a DWORD (32-bit) value named DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures on the right side, as shown below:

5, double-click DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures, Set its value to 1, then save.

6, restart.
With the above settings, you can completely disable the application promotion function of Win10 system.
