The win10 application does not start properly because the parallel configuration is incorrect. Solution

 The application cannot be started because the parallel configuration of the application is incorrect. See the application event log, or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool” problem handling method.
Method 1:
Start - Run (enter services.msc) - OK or Enter, open: Service (local);

We found in the Service (Local) window: Windows Modules Installer Service , check to see if it is disabled;

If the Windows Modules Installer service is disabled, we must change it to enabled - manually, restart the computer, and then install the application.

Method 2:
If the above error still occurs, it is that our system lacks the Microsoft Visual C++ 20XX (runtime library) file.
Steps:
Download and install: Microsoft Visual C++ 20XX (runtime library);
Microsoft Visual C++ 20XX (runtime library) (XX means: 05, 08, 10) After the installation is complete, restart the computer, and then Install the app.
