Windows10 seven major versions difference
Windows 10 Home Edition
For most users who buy new PCs, they are most likely to get Windows 10 Home Edition, which has the key to Windows 10 Features include a new Start menu, Edge Browser, Windows Hello Biometric Authentication Login, and Virtual Voice Assistant Cortana.

For Windows 7 and 8.1 Professional users, they can upgrade to Windows 10 Professional for free.

Windows 10 Enterprise Edition
Windows 10 Enterprise Edition includes all the commercial features provided by the Professional Edition, and also provides a range of more powerful features for large enterprises, including Direct Access that can be connected without a VPN. AppLocker that supports whitelisting, BranchCache that shares downloads and updates with other PCs through peer-to-peer connections, and a start screen based on Group Policy Control.
Credential Guard and Device Guard can be used to protect Windows login credentials and to limit the applications that a particular PC can run.
The free upgrade strategy for Windows 10 does not apply to Windows Enterprise Edition. Users can only obtain it through Volume Licensing.

Windows 10 Education Edition
Education Edition was introduced after the launch of Windows 10, it is a version designed for large academic institutions (such as universities), it has security in Windows 10 Enterprise Edition, Management and connectivity features.
The features in Windows 10 Education are almost identical to Windows 10 Enterprise, but it does not have the Long Term Servicing Branch update option. Users can upgrade directly to Windows 10 Education Edition from Windows 10 Home Edition.

Windows 10 Mobile
If you use Windows Phone or a small tablet running Windows 8.1, you will be able to upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile. The difference between a 5-inch, 6-inch smartphone or a 7-inch tablet is not too great, so they have the same user interface and the same universal application.
Windows 10 Mobile includes key features in Windows 10, including the Edge browser and the new touch-friendly version of Office, but it doesn't have a built-in IE browser. If your hardware is adequate, you'll be able to plug your phone or tablet directly into the display and get the Continuum user interface, which will give you a bigger start menu and the same user interface as a universal app on your PC.

Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise Edition
This version is for large enterprise users. It uses a volume licensing model similar to the enterprise version, but Microsoft did not disclose the details.

Windows 10 IoT version
