After upgrading Win10, you can't switch accounts and the application can't open the solution

Reason analysis:
The reason is because the original Win7 system uses the administrator account built into the Adminitrator to manage the operating system, and after we upgraded to Win10, the previous account login was used, but the built-in administrator account was used in win10. There are a lot of problems that prevent users from opening applications, settings, etc. (win10 system settings have been Metroized).
Workaround:
First, we must first let the Administrator account open the "Settings" <quo; & ldquo; account & rdquo; and other applications;
1, press WIN + R to call out the operation, and then enter gpedit. Msc Enter;
2, after opening the policy group, in the right option list, expand [Computer Configuration] & mdash; [Windows Settings] & mdash; [Security Settings] & mdash; [Local Policies] & mdash; [Security Options] ;

3. Double-click to open “User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for Local Account  Set to “Enabled” and save;
4, then try to open it, no If you restart your computer.
Second, use another account to log in or create a new administrator account;
can use the Administrator to open account management, we then go to the account & mdash; & mdash; other account to create a new administrator account and use him to log in .
PS: win10 system and win8 system are a bit similar, the permissions of the Administrator account are not as large as the Win7 system, so everyone still try to use another administrator account to log in.
