Win10 system IE browser open error and prompt 0xc0000018 solution

Workaround:
1. Press WIN+R to call up the operation, then enter “regedit” press Enter, navigate to “HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain” in the Registry Editor window, right click and select [Permissions] 】
2. In the Permissions window of Main, click the account you are using in the [Security] tab. Under the [Allow] tab, select [Full Control] and [Read] → click [OK]< Br> 3. Click [Advanced] in the main permission window, in the Main Security Settings window of the Main, click [Add]
4. Enter the account you are using in the window → click [Check Name] → Click [OK]
5. In the [Permissions], under the [Allow] entry, select [Full Control] → click [OK]
6. Click [OK] in the Main permission window.
7. Click [Start] → [Control Panel] → [Switch to Classic View] → [internet option]
8. In the [Internet Properties] window, click the [Advanced] tab → click [Reset] 】→ Click [OK]
PS If the above operations can not solve, you can try to open and close the windows in the first uncheck IE function, re-add the application!
