Win10 does not log in to the Microsoft account to download the application tutorial

1. (In the case of using a local account) open the app store;

2. Click the avatar icon, click on the small window pop-up "Login";

3. Select Microsoft account;

4. Enter the account and password, click "Login";

Enter the Windows password in the window shown above (ie Local account password, if not, leave it blank). Don't worry about clicking Next, see "Login this app only" under the password box. Is there a link? You can log in to the Microsoft account and download the app only in the Windows Store, and your system can still continue. Log in with a local account.
