Win10 can't install apps/games?

The Win10 official version of the app store has been adjusted. The app clearly indicates that after the same account is purchased, it can only be installed on up to 10 devices, including PCs, tablets, and mobile phones. If there are more than 10 devices, users can not continue to install Win10 applications, how to delete old devices?
