How to query computer problem report in Win10 system

During the operation of Win10 system, it could not be used, and the computer prompts an error. If there is a problem with the Win10 system, it will be reported to Microsoft. When there is a solution, it will be reported back to the operation center (provided that the user name of Microsoft must be registered when installing the Win10 system). How does Win10 query the problem report?
1. On the computer desktop
(1) Right click on the operation center in the lower right corner
(2) Left click in the open menu: Open the operation center (O);
