On the win10 system desktop, right click on the taskbar, select [Task Manager], open win10 a little cute task manager. Click [Details]. As shown below.

Then click [Start], find the Microsoft OneDrive item inside, select it, click [Disable] in the lower right corner.

Then you can see that the onedrive status has become disabled.
