How to install other accounts for Win10 for free.

Win10 system If a multi-player is used, it is recommended to create multiple accounts (see How to add online, local and child accounts in Win10). If an account has purchased a different app or game in the Win10 app store, can other accounts be installed for free? According to Microsoft regulations, the answer is yes. So how does Win10 install apps that have been purchased in other accounts?
If the B account wants to install the app or game that has been purchased and installed by the A account for free, please log in to the system with the B account, then open the Win10 app store, click the “Accounts” menu at the top, and the menu will be displayed in the drop-down menu. Click on the "Change Account" button, and then log in with the A account, then you can download the app or game you have purchased for the A account.
